2. Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of www.ctadvisory.es. Browsing the site confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of these terms as published at any given time.
3. Nature of the content
The information published here is for information purposes only. It does not constitute financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, nor a personal investment recommendation, nor an offer or invitation to buy or sell shares or financial instruments.
The owner does not provide investment services reserved to authorised entities under Spanish Law 6/2023 on Securities Markets and Investment Services. The activity consists of advising companies on capital structure, industrial strategy and mergers and acquisitions, provided as a non‑reserved ancillary service.
Visiting the site or submitting a form does not in itself create any contractual, professional or agency relationship. Every engagement requires a written proposal accepted by both parties.
4. Terms of use

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, owned by GitHub, Inc. (88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), a Microsoft Corporation subsidiary. The domain and email service are contracted with IONOS Cloud, S.L.U. (Avenida de La Vega 1, 28108 Alcobendas, Madrid, Spain).
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the site shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise; in particular, where the user is a consumer, the courts of the user’s domicile shall have jurisdiction.
12. Language
This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
